June 13, 2004 - I have finally finished a basic page about installing NetBSD on my Fujitsu Lifebook P2120. Check out the page. I have a kernel configuration file as well as an XF86Config file available as well.
June 11, 2004 - I have been using DarwinPorts on my PowerBook G4 running Mac OS X 10.3.4. Thus far it has been very useful. It is great to have a way of installing packages such as mutt, bmf, msmtp, fping, nmap, links, and lynx. It is great to have my old standby of console programs back.
May 27, 2004 - I have been working on my own personal NetBSD autobuild system. The scripts are all finally coming together at last. The effect of the scripts I am working on can be seen at ab.hub3.net. The iso image generation in particular would not have been possible without the help of Bob Nestor in the form of his own cross_build script which can be found at his ftp site.
May 25, 2004 - I made some corrections and added a few more entries to the NetBSD/mac68k section.
May 17, 2004 - Today I added the first entry for the NetBSD/cats section. The machine I added is a CATS evaluation board that I am using as an ARM package build system.
May 14, 2004 - Yesterday, the Fujitsu Lifebook P2120 that I ordered finally arrived. I immediately set out to do some hardware upgrades and then very quickly started installing NetBSD 2.0_BETA.
May 4, 2004 - It has been quite a while since I have updated this site because I have been so busy with business and a bunch of other projects. I just did some minor updating of the machine list. I am now using NetBSD 2.0_BETA in quite a few locations.
November 10, 2003 - I added some additional information about some machines I have. A slight bit of reformatting took place as well.
September 5, 2003 - The HP Jornada 728 finally came today. It is a fantastic little handheld computer. I have NetBSD/hpcarm current (1.6X) running on it. It feels considerably faster than I was expecting it to feel. I will be adding a specific page detailing what I did to install NetBSD on the Jornada 728 in a few days.
September 4, 2003 - Some more minor updates to the architecture list.
September 3, 2003 - I updated some more of the architecture list. I also uploaded the packages that allow a mipsel computer like the IBM Workpad z50 to run dillo, a small web browser. These packages are available at this link.
September 2, 2003 - I updated quite a few of the entries for the NetBSD ports I am currently running. I added some of the specs that I was missing in the list as well.
August 31, 2003 - I have just updated the information about which ports I am currently running. Because of some moving around within the house, some of the machines are no longer up and running right now. I will be getting them all back online shortly.
July 6, 2003 - I have just started using the Bayesian Mail Filter (bmf). So far, the experience has been very good. It seems quite effective. It uses a similar type of filtering as the Junk Mail feature in Mail.app included in Mac OS X. I will be adding a full howto covering Procmail, Mutt, and bmf shortly.
July 3, 2003 - I just added some more information and configuration files for my Libretto L1 to the Libretto page.
June 13, 2003 - I just added the page about installing NetBSD on the Toshiba Libretto L1. Check out the page.
